Applications
Polyamine site mixed NMDA agonist antagonists. It plays a role in cell proliferation and differentiation; Inhibit nitric oxide synthetase (nNOS) in neurons. Polyamine site mixed NMDA agonist antagonists. Neuroprotective effects were observed at high concentrations (1mM), while neurotoxicity was observed at low concentrations. It can enhance the agonist effect at the strychnine-insensitive glycine site.
